Tom is inspired by shaping opportunities for people to succeed! For over 30 years, this has enabled Publishing, Printing, Custom Apparel, and Franchise Groups to prosper. He continues to be publishing in a 25-year partnership with his brother Rob. As a franchisor, Tom introduced Homes & Land Magazine to Canada in 2001 and the Franchise grew to be active in every major Canadian city. The enterprise was sold in 2013. It was from this Franchise experience, came the discovery of the incredible opportunity of Big Frog! Tom feels fortunate to have developed a friendship and agreement with the founders of this successful business, and he looks forward to helping ambitious Canadians embrace the fun and prosperous concept!

As Director of Communications, Jess oversees all internal and external communications.  Jess has over a decade of experience in finance, small business, and franchise industries.  She has a broad knowledge of accounting, financial, and business principals.  As a previous franchise owner, she is committed to the development, support, and success of every franchisee.  Her focus is to guide the company towards profitability and long-term success! Jess is thrilled to be a part of this exciting new opportunity for Canadian entrepreneurs!

As our Director of Operations, Zac oversees all store and system operations. Zac has 10-years of experience in retail and custom apparel with a background in management, sales, customer service, and production. As a previous owner/manager in the industry, Zac is here to support, develop, and coach every franchisee to success. Like Jess and Tom, Zac's focus is to help guide the company, and its Franchisees, to growth and success. Zac is excited to work with great Franchisees and to develop and expand the Big Frog system in Canada.
